K.M. Jackson grew up in southern Illinois farming and won his first tractor pull at the county fair at 15 years old. He graduated Western Kentucky University with a degree in agriculture and worked with a heavy equipment dealer and a large agricultural machinery company for a total of 40 years. Mike and Lara live on their farm where he has restored many tractors. Mike has always found time to read books to his children and then later, his grandchildren. He hopes his books will be enjoyed by all families who love reading happy stories to their children.
